Sailor Moon Generation Gap - Sidebar 4 The Eagle has Landed [Author's note: Strong language warning.] "She shouldn't have gone alone," Hikaru said as she and Arimi walked home after class. "Hikaru-chan, Sensei knows what she's doing," Arimi said. "I'm sure she didn't mean to yell at you." "I was concerned about her, Arimi-chan. She keeps telling us not to take on any of Muerte's shadows alone, but that's what she did. She should have called us." "She had her reasons, Hikaru-chan. She'll tell us when she's ready." "I suppose." Hikaru didn't sound convinced, though. Switching subjects, she brightened. "Did you hear about the exchange student coming?" "Exchange student?" "From America. Isn't that exciting?" Hikaru's eyes went dreamy. "Wouldn't it be cool if she was a princess?" "They don't have royalty in America, Hikaru-chan," Arimi corrected. "They don't? At all?" "There's royalty in England." "You think the exchange student could be from England?" "You said the student was American." "I did? I guess I did." Hikaru laughed nervously. "What do you think the student will look like?" "Tall. She'll be too tall for my comfort." "You think the student will be a girl?" Arimi sighed. "You said the student was one, remember?" "I don't think I did. I did hear she was, though." "What do you think she'll look like, Hikaru-chan?" Hikaru stopped. "I think she's going to have long blonde hair, with blue eyes, you know, the movie star look." She sighed. "Wouldn't that be wonderful, Arimi-chan?" Arimi shrugged. "I suppose." She looked at her watch. "We're going to be late Hikaru-chan." Hikaru started running, pulling Arimi along by her elbow. "It's okay, Arimi-chan. I know a shortcut." -**- Ginny Fuoca stretched as she exited the boarding ramp. There just wasn't enough leg room for her on the plane, despite the sleep she got. It was nice to have the room to stretch after the long flight. She felt a chill go down her back, like she was being watched. Ginny looked around. Just her fellow passengers, some people taking curious looks at her, but nothing like what she felt, an evil glare. -**- Hikaru and Arimi arrived huffing at the Cafe Shingari. Arimi adjusted her skirt and backpack while Hikaru caught her breath. "Sorry about the wrong turn, Arimi-chan," Hikaru puffed. "You should have said something. "You should have said something." "I tried," Arimi answered. "I couldn't catch my breath." "I'll pay for your tea, okay?" The two girls entered the cafe and found a table. Arimi's backpack thudded on the flor as she set it down. As the girls expected, Miyako was working, filling in for her cousin. She took Hikaru's and Arimi's orders. "You two are late," Miyako chided. "Meiou-sensei left already?" Hikaru asked with a hint of disappointment. "Be on time, then. She'll be back shortly. Do you want what you had last time, Gin'no-chan?" Arimi nodded vigourously. "And will you be paying for both of you again?" Arimi shook her head and pointed at Hikaru. "See, Gin'no-chan? You don't have to rush talking to me." Miyako smiled. "Just take your time, Gin'no-chan." Miyako left to get the girls' orders. Hikaru found the money to pay by the time Miyako returned. The girls sipped their tea quietly for several minutes as both tried to wind down from the trip to the cafe. "I can't believe Sensei didn't wait for us," Hikaru said. "I'm sure she has a reason, Hikaru-chan," Arimi answered. "Jikuuno-san said she'd be back soon." "I suppose." "You suppose what, Hikaru-chan?" Setsuna asked as she approached her student's table. "Sensei!" Hikaru brightened greatly. "Sensei, you came back!" "Didn't Jikuuno-kun tell you I woukd?" "She did Sensei. I didn't mean to be late, honest." [More to come here. Watch this space!] Ginny watched her host struggle with her luggage. "Please let me help, Chiba-san. I know I overpacked." "No, no, Ginny-chan," Chiba-san said, straining under the load. "You're my guest. I won't have a guest of mine carrying luggage." Before Ginny could say anything, the front door opened, revealing a girl with long red hair tied into two ponytails. Ginny turned and bowed to her. "<>" the girl said in halting English, returning the bow. "<>" Ginny smiled. "Good afternoon, Usagi-chan," she answered in Japanese. "My name is Fuoca Ginny-chan. Pleased to meet you." The girl blinked. 'She wasn't expecting me to know the language so well, I guess.' Usagi switched back to Japanese. "Please, Fuoca-chan, come in," she invited. "Thank you, and please call me Ginny-chan. We'll be living together for a year, so we shouldn't be so formal." Ginny entered the house, only to be stared at by Usagi. Feeling uncomfortable, Ginny took off her sandals and put on a pair of slippers. 'I should have expected this,' Ginny thought. 'Even back home, I'm tall. Here, I tend to tower over everyone.' "You must be tired after your trip," an older woman, Usagi's mother Ginny reasoned, remarked. "Not really," Ginny replied. "I napped on the plane. I would love to change, though." She tried fixing her shirt and skirt. She'd been wearing them for almost a full day. "Usagi, show Ginny-chan to your room. And help her with her luggage." Ginny picked up one of her suitcases. It was heavy, even for her. She looked for the other suitcase. Usagi was trying to pick it up, but wasn't able to get it more than an inch off the floor. Ginny picked it up for her. "I'll get that, Usagi-chan," Ginny said. "Could you get my overnight bag, please?" Ginny watched Usagi struggle for a bit with the overnight bag, but the pony-tailed girl did get the strap on her shoulder. Usagi then turned to see Ginny. Usagi blinked, then said, "Well, um, Ginny-chan, please follow me." Usagi led Ginny upstairs to her bedroom. Ginny placed her luggage in a pile in a corner of the room, then retrieved her overnight bag from Usagi. Because of all the bumps it took on the trip, Ginny desperately wanted to check the contents to make sure nothing broke. "Dad will bring up the spare bed tonoght," Usagi explained. "I've made room in my closet and drawers for your stuff. You brought a lot with you." "I didn't know what I'd need here," Ginny said. "It's mainly clothes and personal stuff. I brought a few photo albums of friends and family." She opened her overnight bag and took out a change of clothes and a framed picture of a young man with sandy hair. "Good, this didn't get broken," she said with relief. Curious, Usagi looked over. "Someone special?" she asked. "This is Richard, my boyfriend back home in New York." Ginny showed Usagi the picture. "He's cute." "Thanks. Do you have a boyfriend?" Usagi hesitated. "Not exactly. There is a guy, though. He has another girl with him, though. She gets possessive about him, but he cares for me. He asked me to bring you by his arcade to meet him." "Sounds like fun." Ginny felt her stomach growl softly. "Do you mind if we wait until after supper, though? I haven't had a real meal since I left home." "Sure, Ginny-chan. Mom's making dinner now." Ginny stretched again. "I don't suppose I can grab a bath before we eat?" "I'll show you where we keep the towels. I'll call you when dinner's ready." Usagi showed Ginny the linen closet, then left Ginny to take her bath. Ginny let out a sigh. Usagi was very uneasy around her, not the best way to start off. She ran her bath water, then undressed and stepped into the tub. The hot water felt good on her after her long trip, so soothing. Ginny sank further into the tub. 'I hope this trip works out,' she thought. 'I needed to get away, before anything else happened, before I was expelled. Maybe I caught Usagi on a bad day. She's probably not used to a large family.' Ginny sighed again. 'I can't believe I miss them already. Even Lena. And especially Richard. I hope he understands why I'm doing this.' Ginny slowly drifted off to sleep. An insistant knocking on the door woke her up again. "Ginny-chan?" Usagi called. "Ginny-chan, dinner's ready." Ginny sat up. "Hmm?" 'How long was I asleep?' she asked herself. "I'll be right down," she said. She got out of the bath and toweled herself off. She put on a new set of clothes, then went down to join Usagi and her parents. Entering the dining room, Ginny heard Usagi's father say, "Don't stay out too late," her father reminded. "She had a long trip." "It's okay, Chibi-san," Ginny said. "I slept most of the way here. I'll need the fresh air to help me sleep tonight." "Please, Ginny-chan, sit down." Usagi's mother got up to get Ginny's dinner. Letting his wife and Ginny get settled, Usagi's father waited before asking, "So, Ginny-chan, how do you speak Japanese so well?" Ginny swallowed the bite of food in her mouth. "I've always had a knack for languages," she explained. "I grew up speaking English and Italian, and I've learned six others besides Japanese since. I'm only really fluent in about half of them, though." "That's amazing, Ginny-chan," Usagi's mom said. "Is the rest of your family like that?" "My grandfather was, but none of my brothers or sisters are." "How many brothers and sisters do you have, Ginny-chan?" Usagi asked. "Four sisters and two brothers. All of them are younger than I am. This is the first time I've going to be away from them for so long." "You must miss them," Usagi's mom said. "A bit," Ginny admitted. "I'm sure Usagi won't mind acting as a sister for you." The rest of dinner was filled with chit-chat, as Ginny's hosts asked her many questions about living in New York. Usagi seemed quiet, almost subdued. Ginny had a bad feeling of her stay; Usagi might resent her presence. There wasn't much Ginny could do, except give Usagi her space. After dinner, Ginny helped Usagi clean up, then followed the pig-tailed girl to an arcade. Ginny was amazed to see the name of the arcade printed in English, the Crown Arcade. Usagi lead her in and introduced her to her friends, Mizuno Ami and Hino Rei. "<>" Rei said in English. "And I'm happy to meet you," Ginny answered in Japanese. Rei's eyes opened wide. "Usagi, you never mentioned that Ginny spoke Japanese so well," Rei said, smiling. "I didn't know until Ginny-chan arrived," Usagi said. "Usagi-chan, I can look around by myself," Ginny offered. This seemed one of those moments when Usagi needed her space. The last thing Ginny wanted to do is get possible classmates upset with her before she even went to class. "I'll go with you, Ginny-chan," Usagi offered. "I think you and your friends want to talk without me around. I'm not going to leave, not until you introduce me to your guy." "Are you sure?" "If you need me, I'm not hard to find. Not here." Ginny smiled. It was true, though; she was easily the tallest person in the arcade. "Thanks, Ginny-chan. I'll get you when I see Takao-san." Ginny left Usagi to talk with her friends and walked down the rows of video games. Many of the players stared at her as she walekd by, unnerving Ginny. 'Easy, Ginny,' she told herself. 'They probably have never seen anyone like you. Just smile and be polite. It's not like you haven't been stared at before. At least your rep didn't follow you.' Ginny smiled back at the people staring at her as she tried to look friendly. Still, she felt frustration build up in her. 'Stay calm,' Ginny ordered herself. She took a deep breath. 'It's been a long trip. I'll go back to Usagi's place after I meet her guy. There must be a game that'll help me pass the time.' Ginny looked for an unattended game. She found one in the corner. 'Sailor Moon?' she wondered. The game switched to a preview, showing one of the characters. The character had long pig tails, and wore what looked to Ginny to be a cheerleader's outfit, and was blasting her enemies. Intrigued, Ginny got some tokens from a nearby dispenser, then sat at the console. She inserted the tokens, then grabbed the joystick. "<>" Ginny cursed. The console gave a shock when she touched the joystick. "<>" Ginny bit off the rest of her rant. 'Just a damned shock. Chill, Ginny.' She shook her hand out, then carefully touched the joystick again. This time, she didn't get a shock. She scrolled through the three available characters, and finally settled on using Sailor Mars. The game kept Ginny busy for a few minutes as she figured out the controls. She lost her last life within sight of the first level goal. Ginny let her hands fall to her sides and took a deep breath. Ginny stood up and stretched. The stool was too short for her. something else Ginny knew she had to get used to in Tokyo. In mid-stretch, she heard Usagi calling her. Ginny walked back to Usagi's table. Usagi introduced her to two more people, an older man named Kitomo Takao, and a girl her age named Kino Makoto. Ginny bowed respectfully to Takao, then Makoto. "Nice to meet you both," she said. "You're the exchange student we're expecting?" Makoto asked. "You're going to be in my homeroom. Isn't that wonderful?" Tears formed in Makoto's eyes. Ginny took a step back, unsure of Makoto's emotional state. Makoto was the tallest girl Ginny had seen since getting off the plane, but Ginny never expected the girl to be so open with her emotions. Still, Makoto would know what it was like for Ginny. "You'll help me get settled tomorrow, with Usagi?" Ginny asked. "Of course," Makoto answered. Ginny felt some relief. Just knowing someone will be looking forward to seeing her at school took away some of Ginny's worries. "You knew? You knew what class Ginny-chan was going to be in? Why didn't you tell anyone?" Ami demanded. "I found out after class tonight," Makoto explained. "I overheard Sensei talking to another teacher. Who could I have told?" "Ginny-chan, would you like something to drink?" Takao offered. "No, thanks," Ginny said. "Some other time? Usagi-chan, do you mind if I head back to your place? The flight took more from me than I thought." "Do you want me to go with you?" Usagi asked. "It's okay, Usagi-chan. I can find my own way back. You stay with your friends." "Are you sure?" "Positive. Don't worry about waking me when you get home, either. I can sleep through a riot." "Alright, Ginny-chan. I'll see you later." "Bye, Ginny-chan," Makoto called. "See you tomorrow!" Ginny waved to Usagi and her friends as she left the arcade. Outside, she slowly trudged back to Usagi's home. It was obvious on Usagi's face that she wanted to spend time with her friends without Ginny around. The exchange was beginning to look long for Ginny. She would have to get involved in something at Juuban to meet others. Maybe a sports team; at least in sports, her size would be asset. Ginny decided to check if Juuban had a girl's basketball team. Ginny stopped. The feeling she had at the airport returned. Someone was watching her again. Not the same way as the people at the arcade had; whoever was causing the feeling was following her. Ginny slowly looked around. Nothing unusual, except for everyone staring at her. 'They must think I'm crazy,' Ginny thought. 'They may be right, but someone's following me.' Ginny started walking again, picking up her pace. 'Whoever the bastard following me is, I'll show him he picked the wrong person.' She made several turns, trying to throw off her shadow, but the feeling persisted. Ginny entered an alley, and stopped. She waited. Above her, a dark shape formed. "By your command, my leader," the creature intoned. "Who are you?" Ginny demanded. "Of course, my leader." The creature swooped out of the alley, terrifying passers-by on the street. Screams of panic erupted. Ginny could only watch helplessly as the creature herded two victims into the alley. "Here are you test subjects, as you ordered, my leader," the creature said. "Leave them alone," Ginny ordered. "They do not please you, my leader? Then I shall dispose of them." One of the victims turned to Ginny, pleadingly. "Please, let us go, she begged. "We haven't done anything to you." "Let them go!" Ginny roared. "I will dispose of them at once, my leader." "<>" "Hey!" someone called, getting Ginny's attention. "<>" Ginny looked at the alley's entrance. 'What in hell? They're from the video game. She looked at the creature, only to see it fade away. Ginny ducked into the alley's shadows, trying to escape from the alley. As she ran, she heard the pig tailed woman call, "Whoever you are, you won't destroy the city. Not with the Sailor Senshi around." -**- Ginny ran all the way back to Usagi's home. She slipped inside, breathles from her dash. She let her hosts know she was home, and that she insisted that Usagi stay with her friends, then excused herself for bed. After a quick shower, she curled up on the spare bed. 'I must be seeing things. That creature and the girls from the video game, they can't be real.' She drifted off to sleep. [More to come here. Watch this space!] 'Damn that Usagi,' Ginny thought as she stormed down the street. 'All I want is some time to myself, to find out why strange things are happening around me. I can't believe Usagi almost accused me of being the cause,' she fumed. As Ginny walked down the street, she discovered that she had made her way to the Crown Cafe. Thinking that a tea would help her calm down, she started to open the door, then stopped. Ginny saw Usagi's friends, Ami and Rei, inside. She quickly closed the door without entering, hoping they hadn't seen her. Feeling more lonely than angry now, Ginny continued down the street, not caring where she was heading. 'I shouldn't have yelled at Usagi,' Ginny regretted. 'It was like kicking a puppy. A whiny, yappy puppy, but still a puppy.' Ginny sighed. 'Just like back home. Why can't I think before I do something stupid?' "Hey!" she yelled as someone pulled back on her shoulder. "You were about to walk into traffic," a young woman replied. Ginny turned around and saw a woman her height with short, green tinged hair. Ginny bowed. "Forgive me, and thank you," she said. 'I did it again,' she thought, 'reacted without thinking.' "Aren't you the exchange student living with Chiba Usagi-chan?" 'Not another of her friends,' Ginny groaned inwardly. "I am," she answered, trying not to reveal her thoughts. "I thought I'd seen you before," the woman laughed. "I don't blame you for not watching where you were going. Dumpling-chan has that effect on me, too" "Dumpling-chan?" "You've seen her hair," the woman explained. "Are you going anywhere special?" "I just needed to get out of the house," Ginny explained. "You look like you need someone to talk to. I know a place near here." The woman led Ginny down the street. "Thank you, but I don't know your name." "Jikuuno Miyako. And you are Ginny-chan?" "Ginny Fuoca, yes. But how did you know?" The pair arrived at a small shop with a few tables set up outside on the sidewalk. The sign painted on the bay window beside the door proclaimed the shop to be the Cafe Shingari. Miyako led Ginny inside to a counter, then walked behind it. "You work here, Miyako-san?" Ginny asked. Miyako nodded. "My cousin owns the shop, but he lets me work here to help pay my tuition." Hearing the door open, Miyako looked up from pouring two cups of tea. "There's someone who could listen to your problems. Good afternoon, Setsuna-san." Ginny turned around in her seat. "Sensei," she exclaimed. "Hello, Miya-chan. Fuoca-chan, I didn't expect to see you here," Setsuna said. "I'm intruding. I can leave." Ginny started to get up. "It's alright, Fuoca-chan. Please stay. How do you like your stay so far?" "It's okay, I guess." "That's why you almost got hit by a car, so that you could stay longer?" Miyako said, setting a cup of tea in front of Ginny and Setsuna. Ginny blushed. She took a sip of her tea to help regain her composure. "Are you having problems with Chiba-chan?" Setsuna asked. "No . . . well . . . " Ginny hesitated. "We just had an argument. Strange things have been happening around me lately, if you haven't heard the gossip yet. I wanted to get out, walk about, get some fresh air, but Chiba-chan said it wouldn't be safe. We argued after that, but when Chiba-chan said it was odd that everything happened only when I was around, I blew up with her and left. I've been wandering since." She sighed. "There's times when I feel so alone here. I shouldn't have yelled at Chiba-chan." "People argue all the time, Ginny-chan.," Setsuna said. "It must be rough on you being away from all your friends and family." "It is, but it's not just that. It's not in the records sent to Juuban, but I was this close," Ginny held her thumb and forefinger a centimetre apart, "to being kicked out of school because of my temper and reputation. I applied for the exchange program so that I could leave my rep behind, try to gain control of myself." Ginny took a few more sips of her tea, trying to calm down. "I blew it with Chiba-chan. I don't know why I even bothered." "Fuoca-chan," Setsuna said sternly. "You got into the program on your own merit. Since you've been here, you haven't been in one fight, and you have maintained control on your temper in class. You argued with Chiba-chan. That's all. You must have argued with your brothers or sister, right?" "Yes, Sensei." "Arguments will happen, especially when two people are as different as you and Chiba-chan. I remember a couple of girls when I was younger. They were as close as sisters, but they bickered all the time, about anything. They -" Screams of terror interrupted Setsuna. Looking out the window, Ginny, Setsuna, and Miyako saw a panicked mob run past. "<>" Ginny growled. She got up and ran to the door. "Ginny-chan!" Miyako called. "Fuoca-chan! Stay here!" Setsuna added. Ginny ignored the two women and ran outside. Fighting her way through the frightened crowd, she slowly made her way to the cause of the fear. Ginny stopped dead in her tracks. In front of her stood a woman in a sickly green jump suit with a black sash tied around her waist. Attending her was four dark human-shaped figures, flitting around the woman, moaning. "Brave, aren't you child?" the woman sneered. "Who are you?" Ginny demanded. "Impertinent little brat. I am Lady You will address me as such." "<> Why are you following me around like this?" "To make the Sailor Senshi hunt the wrong person." trilled in delight. "Who better than a new stranger? But your usefulness is over. Pity." "How dare you use me like that?" "Easily, child. Very easily." then faded away. Ginny took a step back, then fell into a fighting stance. "<>" she shouted. Addressing the shadows, she said, "<>" She lashed out with a crescent kick, forcing the shadows back. "<>" Ginny dared in a low growl. "Ice . . . Blizzard!" Ginny heard a voice call before a cold fog surrounded her. "Mars! Get Ginny out of there!" another voice ordered. "Right away, your high and mightiness," a third retorted. Before Ginny could grasp what was happening, she felt herself get picked up and carried away out of the cloud. A girl in a red and white school uniform carried her with effort around the corner before putting her down. Ginny got a better look at the uniform. The skirt was too short to be from any school, and the blouse looked more like a leotard. "Get away from here as fast as you can," the girl, Mars, Ginny assumed, said, puffing. "Watch out for ," Ginny warned. "Those are her creatures." "I'll tell her Queenship. Thanks." Mars returned to the battle. Ginny risked watching Mars leave. The fog was starting to clear, and the four shadows could be seen inside the cloud. There were three girls, including Mars, surrounding the shadows. "I am the pretty sailor-suited warrior fighting for love and justice, Sailor Moon. I cannot stand by while an innocent girl's name is destroyed. On behalf of the Moon, I will punish you!" 'This has gotten way too weird,' Ginny thought. 'I am outta here.' She stood up and ran away from the battleground as fast as she could. After a couple of blocks, Ginny slowed to a walk. "Fuoca-chan! Ginny!" Ginny heard Setsuna call. 'I did it again,' she thought, dismayed. 'I acted before thinking. Now Meiou-sensei could get hurt if she finds that fight.' "Ginny-chan! Where are you?" Setsuna called again. "Over here, Sensei!" Ginny called back, running towards her sensei's voice. "Ginny-chan, there you are," Setsuna said when they found each other. "You shouldn't have run off like that," her voice trailed away. Ginny felt uncomfortable, with Setsuna staring at her forehead. "What? What is it?" she asked, growing frightened. "What happened?" Setsuna grabbed Ginny roughly and pulled her into a clothing store abandoned in the earlier panic. Finding a chair in the middle of the store, Setsuna sat Ginny down, then crouched down herself. "Fuoca-chan, there is something I need to explain to you," Setsuna said. She pulled a pen with an unusual design on its cap from her purse and held it up. "Pluto Planet Power, Make Up!" A curtain of purple energy surrounded Setsuna briefly. "Sen-sensei?" Ginny said, blinking. "Is that you?" Where Setsuna once stood, there was now a woman wearing a sleeveless version of the uniform Mars was wearing, except the skirt and bows were dark purple. In one hand, the woman held a staff shaped like a key. "Yes, Ginny-chan," the woman answered, "but when I am in this form, I am known as the pretty sailor-suited soldier Sailor Pluto." Ginny leaned as far back in her chair as she could. "This is too much," she said, dazed. "What does this have to do with me?" "You have the mark of Aquila, the Eagle, on your forehead." The orb in Pluto's staff glowed from within as a pen similar to Setsuna's emerged. "Take this. When it's time for you to transform, just say 'Aquila Star Power, Make Up!'" Pluto handed the pen to Ginny. Taking it gingerly, Ginny held it up, imitating Setsuna, and repeated, "Aquila Star Power, Make Up!" A fiery glow surrounded Ginny. Magically, her clothes transformed into a senshi's uniform. When the energy disappeared, Ginny looked around and found for a full length mirror. She studied her reflection, not recognizing herself at first. Her uniform was sleeveless, with a red skirt and dark red trim. Her shoes had turned into red, laced-up boots that reached just past her ankles. Ginny pirouetted to get a full view of herself, then posed with one hand on her hip. "What do you think, Sailor Aquila?" Pluto asked. "I still can't believe it, Sensei, er, Pluto," Ginny corrected herself. "I look like Sailor Moon." Pluto dropped her staff and barely made her way to the chair before sitting. "Sensei!" "You've seen Sailor Moon?" Pluto's colour drained from her face. "She and her friends rescued me from the creatures following me." "The Little Princess," Pluto whispered. "She's nearby." She snapped out of her reverie. "Aquila, where was she? When did you see her?" Aquila grabbed Pluto's hand and pulled her. "A couple of blocks from here, not that long ago." Aquila lead Pluto back to the battle site. The battle was over, only the remnants were left: a scorched wall, four piles of ash beginning to blow away in the wind. Aquila found a single, perfect pink rose imbedded in the concrete. "There were here, Pluto," Aquila said. Pluto knelt down beside the ashes, laying her hands carefully over them. A tear fell silently down her cheek. "Sailor Pluto?" Aquila asked. "The Little Princess. I'm so close to finding her." "Who is - Look out!" Aquila spotted a pair of shadows swooping towards Pluto. Pluto fell prone to the sidewalk The shadows pulled up, skimming over Pluto by a hair's breadth. Aquila ran to put herself between the shadows and Pluto. She held her hands out in front of her as the shadows turned to make another pass. "Firewing . . . Buffet!" Aquila shouted. Fire erupted from her outstretched hands and engulfed the shadows. One burnt into ash immediately, the other pulled from its dive. Sailor Pluto stood up, holding her staff in both hands. "Dead . . . Scream," she whispered. A ball of purple energy slammed into the retreating shadow, destroying it. Aquila stared at her hands. "You'll get used to it, Sailor Aquila," Pluto said. "Who is this 'Little Princess' you're looking for?" "Meet me after after class Monday. I'll explain then, and introduce you to others searching for her." [To be continued in Side Story 5] "My name is Meiou Setsuna. I am also the beautiful sailor soldier Sailor Pluto. My mission is to find the Little Princess, the last heir to Crystal Tokyo. To this end, I have recruited three school girls, who are also Senshi, to assist me.
